KothaHub is a platform that connects individuals seeking rooms with property owners across Nepal. We provide a mobile application for browsing, searching, and inquiring about room listings. We act as an intermediary and are not responsible for the actual rental agreements or transactions.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the app, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of KothaHub, you agree to:

• Respect the rights and privacy of other users
• Not post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings

5. Property Listings

5.1 Listing Accuracy

Property owners are responsible for ensuring their listings are accurate, complete, and up-to-date. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listing information.

5.2 Listing Verification

While we make efforts to verify listings, we cannot guarantee that all properties meet the descriptions provided. Users should conduct their own due diligence.

5.3 Prohibited Listings

Listings must not contain:

• Discriminatory content
• Illegal activities or services
• Copyrighted material without permission

6. Payments and Fees

Any payments or rental agreements are made directly between users and property owners. KothaHub does not handle rental payments. If we introduce any service fees in the future, users will be notified in advance.

7. Limitation of Liability

KothaHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of any listings
• The accuracy of information provided by users
• Any disputes between users and property owners
• Any damages resulting from the use of our app
• Loss of data or interruption of service
• Actions taken by third parties

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KothaHub and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the KothaHub app are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

10. User-Generated Content

By posting content on our app, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with our services.
